Unfortunately the organisers LSD promotions are unable to proceed with Stratford River Festival due to “unforeseeable operational and timing constraints”. If you have already entered your boat in the event we will be in touch with your full refund of short term licence and festival entry fee.
This year Evesham River Festival promises to be quite a spectacle as it will also incorporate the annual Russell Newbery Register Rally. Expect to see a large entry of narrowboats with the vintage Russell Newbery engines as well as decorated and illuminated boat parades. Discounted festival licences are available if you are joining the event from other navigations. This years event has the theme ‘River of Dreams‘ and promises live music all day, children’s fun fair, tea and cakes plus on water activities incorporating the Wychavon Games Bell Boating event, Bell Boat team competitions, try it out paddle board and kayaks with Bonkers Activities and Wychavon Kayak and Canoe Club.
